Quick Update

It has been a while - I know.  I've been travelling in Pakistan and Indonesia for the past 6 weeks and its taken a  little while to get used to staying in the same place (and organising photo's and writing the posts - which is happening so watch this space...)  In the meanwhile, please enjoy some pictures from the amazing views that we experienced on our trek up the Baltoro Glacier in Pakistan.

Long Time No See

To all my readers out there,

It has been over a year since I last posted here - and I have no-one to blame but myself.  Part of the reason for not writing in 2010 was because I was in a career transition and not getting out as much as I would've liked to, and then 2011 came around and I was getting out too much (despite still being in career transition) with no end in sight as yet (this is a good thing). 

Over the next while I plan to get back into the routine of keeping you updated with the interesting, sometimes weird and different things that I am up to in the buildup to my trip to Pakistan in August. 

Watch this space and I look forward to sharing some of the fun and stories from my recent experiences.

Blogging Update

While thinking about what to write this week I realised that it is 6 months since I made my first foray into the new world of Blogging. What good time to say "thank you" to everyone who has helped me in this new adventure and let you know what I've achieved.

And what exactly is that?
