This is my first attempt at a video blog as I felt that the pictures would tell a better story of my climb of Gunung Panti in Johor, Malaysia than a whole bunch of text from me.
Thank you to Katherine Goh for organising the trip and Calvin Cheng for the kind use of some of his pictures.
Awesome video. I love it...and i will definitely share with my friends. This video blog is cool. Its a great idea for me. You are so creative. Thank you dear.
Hi there! Thank you for the short video. I'm searching for information on Gunung Panti because I'm planning to climb it with some friends, and it'll be our first attempt. Do you think it is advisable for us to attempt it without a guide? I've also read somewhere that we need to apply for a permit. Would you know if this is still necessary?
It is perfectly okay to climb without a guide (be aware of the roped areas as they are quite tricky). I didn't organise this trip, so don't know about permit requirements. Enjoy
